What can I expect from health coaching?

I will be a source of knowledge, guidance, and accountability for you as you begin to make positive changes to improve your health and wellness. This is a judgement free zone. You will be able to speak freely about your concerns, your obstacles, and any challenges getting in the way of you achieving your goals.

How much is it?

This will depend on what program length or service you are looking to pursue.

Where do you offer yoga?

I am certified to instruct yoga online and in person. If you have a space you would like to host a private or group session in, submit a form on the ‘contact’ page to further discuss with me.
